State Level Job Fair: Punjab Govt mocking the future of youth in the state
In the latest announcement of the 2nd state level mega job fair organised by the Punjab Government, it is worth noting that the Government is putting the future of the youth at stake with its own carelessness and laid back attitude.
While it has become difficult for the common man to knock the doors of Captain Amarinder Singh to narrate its plight and get solutions, the government on the other hand is taking it easy as far as the future of the youth is concerned.
The government has published two advertisements for the job fair in the newspaper on 18 February and 19 February. The last date for applying for the job fair was 18 February, however it wasn't mentioned in the advertisement released on 18 February.
But when the same advertisement was released today, that is on February 19, it has been clearly stated that the last date for application was 18 February.
The issue is raising concerns among the youth of the state as no proper information was stated in the advertisement. And when the due date has passed the government releases another advertisement stating indirectly that - "You are late to apply".
The question is, was it a genuine printing fault or is it a thoughtful plan knitted by the Punjab Government playing a mockery on the career of the unemployed youth of the state.
