7-year-old girl dies celebratory firing in wedding at Gwalior: During a celebratory firing at a wedding in Gwalior, a seven-year-old girl died, as per official statement. The victim, Sejal Jadon was seven year old. A bullet hit Sejal in the stomach when some people fired in the air during a wedding in Old Gwalior area in the early hours on Tuesday, said police inspector M M Malviya. The girl at the wedding was sitting in the chair. A case of culpable homicide has been registered by the local police not amounting to murder against an unidentified person, Inspector Malviya said. The case has been registered under section 304 of the IPC. Police were trying to identify the culprit, he added. Further details awaited. -PTC News
