Atishi Marlena, Delhi’s education revolution sacked by Modi Govt The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, on Tuesday, had to cancel the appointments of nine ministerial advisors along with Atishi Marlena, who served selflessly gave life to ailing government schools in Delhi. The decision came due to the Union Home Ministry stating that the Centre had not approved the creation of any such posts. Atishi Marlena, Delhi’s education revolution sacked by Modi Govt She served as an advisor from July 2015 to April 17, 2018 and was also involved in drafting the manifesto of the party in the Delhi Assembly elections. The cancellation of their appointment has escalated the tussle between the AAP government and the Centre once again. “The target for this order is Atishi Marlena. It’s because she is key to improving the education system in the city. This is a conspiracy to derail Delhi’s education revolution,” said Deputy CM Manish Sisodia" "Real intention of the order is to paralyse our govt work, since no BJP govt has been able to deliver anything on education & health. No wonder why Modi govt decided to remove advisers like Atishi Marlena. A Stephenian who later studied at Oxford, then worked as Rhodes scholar, and then joined Delhi education government as an adviser. She was working with me on Re 1/pm salary for last 3 years.
