CM CONDOLES SAD DEMISE OF SEVEN SCHOOL CHILDREN IN A TRAGEDY near attari in amritsar district
Chandigarh : The Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today expressed deep anguish and sorrow over a tragic incident in which seven school children were killed and 13 injured after a school bus carrying them fell into a drain near Attari in Amritsar district. Sharing his heartfelt sympathies with the members of the bereaved families, the Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty to give them courage to bear this irreparable loss in the hour of crisis and grant peace to the departed souls. Meanwhile, Mr. Badal also directed the district administration to provide free treatment to all the injured and extend all possible assistance to the bereaved families. Meanwhile, the Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal and Revenue and Public Relations Minister Mr. Bikram Singh Majithia also mourned the tragic incident.
