Bizzare! Drunken man bites off another's ear in fight, swallows it
In yet another bizzare incident, Delhi has come across as shocking! An argument between two that turned into blood, a man allegedly bit off and swallowed another man's ear after an argument. The incident took place in North West Delhi's Sultanpuri area on Tuesday night. The police have arrested the man and his friend who were found to be drunk. The complainant, Jitender Kumar, was taking a stroll near his house when the incident happened. When the police reached the spot, they found that Kumar had been admitted to a hospital. “Kumar was taking a late-night stroll near his house when two men, who were drunk, called out at him. The duo were later identified as Santosh and Deepak. Santosh started hurling abuses at Kumar,” said an officer. Kumar, a 28-year-old driver, told the police that the two men first hit him and when he retaliated, they started a fight. “Kumar said they started thrashing him. Deepak held him from behind and Santosh bit his ear,” the officer said. The victim's condition is said to be stable, according to the police. The officer said the accused swallowed the piece of ear he had bitten. -PTC News
