Deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal Greets People On The Eve Of Parkash Utsav Of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji

CHANDIGARH: Punjab Deputy Chief Minister S. Sukhbir Singh Badal today extended his warm greetings to the people on the eve of auspicious occasion of Parkash Utsav of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji. In his message, Deputy Chief Minister said that Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji taught us the message of one God who dwells in every one of His creations and constitutes the eternal Truth.

He said that Guru ji spread the holy message of peace and compassion to all of mankind. Mr. Badal said that first Sikh Guru showed us the path to spiritual salvation and his teachings continue to inspire us to embrace equality, compassion and humanism. He said that this day gives us an opportunity to deeply introspect Guru Ji's message of meditation and remembering God, honestly earning through one's physical and mental effort while accepting God's gifts and blessings and to share within society. Deputy Chief Minister exhorted the people to imbibe the spirit of service and humility as preached by the Great Guru and strive hard for carving out a peaceful, prosperous and healthy society by following the precious legacy of Guru Nanak Dev ji and celebrate this auspicious occasion with utmost devotion and dedication rising above the parochial considerations of caste, colour, creed and religion.
