IG, DSP and 6 others have been arrested in Shimla rape case
A 15 year old school girl Gudia was allegedly gang raped and murdered on 4 july 2017 in Shimla. The Himachal Pradesh HC had asked CBI to file fresh reports The police was involved and did not take strong action to catch hold of the convict, with effect to which a police station was set to fire and the locals marched on the streets of Shimla. The CBI has arrrested 8 police officals including IG zahoor Haidar and DSP Manoj KUmar joshi in the Shimla rape case, they arrested innocents instead of the guilty. No witness or CCTV footage was found, the evidences on the crime spot were washed away due to rains -PTC News
