No extension in the last date of IT return filing!
New Delhi: Income Tax Department rubbished the rumors of any extension in the final date of IT returns filing.
Department clarified that no extension has been announced and the last date to file the IT return is July 31 only for Financial Year 2017-18.
There are almost 2 Crore taxpayers who have paid their taxes online as the department has appealed to file the returns within allotted set of time span.
There are reportedly less problems that occurred during the online filing of IT returns.
