Jats demanding reservation in government jobs have decided to withdraw their two-week-long peaceful protest at various places in Haryana. Yashpal Malik, president of the All India Jat Aarakshan Sangarsh Samiti, who was spearheading the protests, said they had given the ultimatum of 31 st August to the state government to meet their ten demands.
