Joint pain cure remedies, try this natural tea for some relief!
Pour 4 water cups into a bowl.
Boil the water.
Now, add half a teaspoon of turmeric in it. (in powdered form)
Boil again for 10 minutes.
Leave the mixture for 5-10 minutes.
Filter the water.
Add lemon juice (1 teaspoon) in it.
If it tastes bitter, add some honey to it.
