'This isn’t the first time Salman has received such threats', says actor’s father

The security around Salman Khan’s house in Mumbai’s Galaxy Apartments has been beefed up after the actor received death threat from gangster Sampat Nehra.
Lawrence Bishnoi had threatened to kill the actor in January over the blackbuck case, for which the actor used to visit Rajasthan to appear in court. However, Salman’s family is unfazed by these threats. The actor’s father and screenwriter, Salim Khan, says this isn’t the first time Salman has received such threats, but ‘the work can’t stop.’
“There is added security for Salman, who has, in any case, always had a good team of security personnel deployed for him. It (threat) is not much of a concern (for the family). We are only worried about his safety, and that is being taken care of,” said Salman's father.
