Rajasthan minister urinating on Jaipur walls, picture goes viral: Taking Swachh Bharat for a toss, state Health Minister Kalicharan Saraf urinated on the walls of the Pink City. The picture has also gone viral on the social media other than coming in the notice of the authorities. The picture comes as the Jaipur Municipal Corporation is working to bring the city on the top charts under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
