Ropar: Parents wait for missing son in Iraq since 2013

Ropar: Parents wait for missing son in Iraq since 2013 Parents wait for their son seems to be unending as they had not received any communication from him for more than three years. The youth Sudhir Kashyap left for Iraq four years ago in 2013. Ramesh Chander, 64-year-old father of the missing youth, is now running from pillar to post, but has no information about his lost son. Ramesh, while talking to the media at his home, said his son Sudhir had left for Iraq after getting a job in Mosul on October 27, 2013, through a Chandigarh-based travel. After reaching there he used to call them up on phone. However, six months after, he stopped calling, he said. He said when he did not get any phone call from Sudhir for long he contacted the travel agent, who denied that he had sent him to Iraq. Since July last year he had requested External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj writing two letters to trace his son, still there was no reply in this regard, he added. -PTC News
