Chandigarh, February 2 - The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) today said AAP Convenor Arvind Kejriwal was fond of releasing cooked up reports to befool the people and had indulged in such a stunt on the eve of Delhi elections also.
In a statement here, SAD spokesman Manjinder Singh Sirsa said Kejriwal had released a report against Mrs Sheila Dixit on the eve of Delhi elections and had also claimed that she would be arrested and tried in case an AAP government was elected to office. "What happened to the report? What action has been taken against Sheila Dixit?"
Mr Sirsa said a person who had had gone back on his words after promising not to do so on his son's head could not be trusted. "Kejriwal is capable of releasing fictional reports to befool the people and defame the SAD. He cannot be believed as he has joined the ranks of professional liars".
Asking the people not to pay heed to any reports or documents released by Kejriwal , the SAD spokesman said AAP leader was ranting and raving in public now because he had realised that the ground had slipped from under his feet with the SAD-BJP combine getting support from all sections of society. Kejriwal is now acting like a frustrated loser. Such a loser who knows the game is over for him can take support of any lie. Don't believe him. Vote for development and performance delivered by the SAD- BJP alliance. Not for negative propaganda".
