Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati to release on February 9, 2018?
According to a report in Box Office India, exhibition source has stated that the overseas distributors have sent a schedule to theatre chains in US/Canada which carries the date to be February 9, 2018. The makers of the film are aiming for Februry 9, 2018 to release Padmavati but of course however it is subjected to change as the controversies surrounding the film are out beyond controversies. The release on this date will also give film two holidays in the week with Mahashivratri and Valentine's Day. Earlier today Bombay High Court had condemned the threats to the film and those attached with it. The division bench of Justices S C Dharmadhikari and Bharti Dangre said, Here, we have a situation in which a chief minister says he will not allow the film to be released. Tomorrow, people will not be able to convene meetings and express their views. -PTC News
