School bus overturns in Sangrur, 20 students injured At least 20 children were injured when an allegedly over crowded school bus overturned on Channo Village road in Sangrur on Monday morning. The mishap occurred early morning when the driver of the bus, which was taking students to the school lost control over the vehicle. All the injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital. Some students have suffered fractures, while others have got minor injuries. The parents of the 20 injured raised slogans against the school management, as they allegedly said, the reason for the bus overturn was over speeding of the vehicle. The police reached at the spot and are investigating the case. -PTC News
