20 year old woman gang raped at residence in Fatehabad, Haryana: Haryana horror continues, as another woman was gang raped at Bothan Kalan village of Fatehabad on Wednesday evening.
The victim (20) has alleged in her complaint that the accused barged into her house where she was alone. The two raped her one after the other and left after threatening her of dire consequences in case she revealed the matter to the police.
The woman informed her family when they returned on Wednesday night. The family then took her to the women police station in Fatehabad where an FIR was lodged.
In the gang rape case, an FIR had been registered under Sections 376-D (where a woman is raped by two or more persons constituting a group or acting in furtherance of a common intention), 450 (house trespass) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC, Bimla Devi, SHO of the women police station, said.
The woman was taken to General Hospital for medical examination and efforts were being made to arrest the accused, she added.
