Woman raped by neighbour in Bundi district; minor boy sodomised in Kota
In a shocking incident, a woman was allegedly raped by her neighbour in Bundi district while a minor boy was sodomised by a teenager in Kota district of Rajasthan, the police said on Tuesday.
The man entered her room in Nainwa town a night before and raped her, she explained in a complaint filed with the police, said Station House Officer (SHO) Lakhan Lal Meena said.
The accused has been arrested and booked under section 376 of IPC, he added.
In another incident, a 10-year-old boy was allegedly sodomised by a 17-year-old teenager in Godliyahedi village of Kota district.
The accused lured the boy to an isolated place in the village, by offering the child fancy food to eat. After which the teenager had unnatural sex with him, said SHO of Kaithoon police station Pushpendra Singh Hada.
A case has been registered under section 377 (unnatural offences) of IPC and various sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, the police said.
