1 killed, 2 injured in blast at PACL plant in Nangal, Punjab
One person was killed and two others were injured following a blast in a chlorine tank at PACL plant in Nangal. The repair work of the chlorine gas tank was going on at the factory when the blast occurred, sources confirmed. The incident took place at around 1 pm. -PTC News
