128 illicit liquor bottles seized, 4 arrested in Phagwara
The Phagwara police and Phillaur police have recovered 128 illicit liquor bottles on Thursday in two different cases in Punjab.
The Phagwara police has arrested four persons and recovered 106 illicit liquor bottles from their procession on Thursday night. The accused has been identified as Husan Lal, a resident of Chachoki, Chann Ram, a resident of Village Pandori, Mandip Singh and Kamajit Singh, both residents of village Khalwara.

Police recovered 34 bottles from Husan Lal, 12 bottles from Chann Ram, 60 bottles from Mandip Singh and Kamajit Singh.
In another case, the Phillaur police has arrested a person and recovered 22 illicit liquor bottles on Thursday. The accused is identified as Manbahadur, a resident of Phillaur. Police has impounded his bike.
