136 Aided college teachers' protest in Patiala for regular jobs Teachers of 136 aided colleges held a protest under the banner of 1925 Aided Colleges Teachers Front in Patiala against the State Government on Sunday. They have been on a contractual basis for 3 years. They want the state government to regularize the services of contractual college teachers hired in 2015. ALso ReaD: Physical education no more important for Punjab The teachers held a Ros Rally and are sitting on a hunger strike in front of Punjab State Electricity Board (Head Office) in Patiala. The police is trying to stop them. ALso ReaD: Dust storm uproots tree; damages two vehicles in Patiala The protestors have been demanding job regularization.
