18-Month-Old Trapped In Borewell In Haryana, Rescued
An 18-month old boy, who had fallen into a 60-feet deep borewell in Balsamand village yesterday, has been rescued. The baby fell into the borewell while playing with his friends. A massive rescue operation was launched.

The rescue teams dropped oxygen tubes to help the child breathe. The teams also dropped biscuits and juice for the trapped child. National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) personnel and experts from the army were deployed for the job. Earthmovers were also pressed into service to rescue the child.
