25-year-old woman shot dead in Shopian by terrorists
A 25-year-old woman was shot dead by terrorists on late Thursday evening in Shopian district in Jammu & Kashmir. The married woman was shot from point blank range.

The terrorists videotaped the shooting and circulated it on various social media platforms. The police recovered the body from Dragad area of Zainapora in Shopian district. She has been identified as Ishrat Muneer, daughter of Muneer Ahmad Dar, a resident of Dangerpora, Pulwama.

While briefing the media, a senior police officer said that the department is trying to ascertain the details of the crime from the video. He further told that the woman was related to Al-Badr commander Zeenat ul Islam, who was killed in an encounter last month.
Police has registered a case and launched a probe into the matter.
