At least 26 killed, over 50 injured in a blast at Afghanistan mosque
At least twenty six people were killed and over fifty others were injured in a suicide blast on Friday in a mosque. The blast took place at a mosque in an army base in the Ismail Khel district of Khost province in eastern Afghanistan. According to the security officials, the victims had gathered for Friday prayers at the mosque.
All those killed in this suicide attack were working for the Afghan security forces. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
