Gurugram: 2nd year BA Student Gang-raped in a moving car at 10 AM
2nd year BA Student Gang-raped in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram: In yet another shocking incident of rape in Haryana, a second-year BA student was gang-raped inside a moving car in Gurugram’s Farrukhnagar area.
The incident took place in a the broad daylight at 10 AM on Monday when the girl was on her way to home.
After committing the crime, the duo dumped the girl at an isolated place and ran away. They also threatened the victim of dire consequences if she disclosed the incident to anyone.
Gurugram police have arrested both the accused in the gang rape. The accused have been identified as Lalit alias Kalu and Pawan.
Notably, it was the sixth incident reported in Haryana in four days beginning January 13. On Saturday, a 15-year-old girl’s body with mutilated private parts was found in Jind district of Haryana.
CM Khattar reacting the incident had said,”The incidents that took place over the last few days are condemnable. We will take strict actions in these cases. We have directed the police to investigate the matter as soon as possible. We have changed Jhansa village’s SHO and three high-level officers. I appeal all the opposition parties not to do politics in such cases.”
