4 terrorists killed in Nagrota encounter, Jammu-Srinagar highway closed

Jammu Nagrota Encounter: In a major incident, an encounter broke out at the Ban toll plaza in Nagrota, Jammu. Four terrorists were gunned down in Jammu's Nagrota encounter on Thursday morning. Jammu Nagrota Encounter: In a major incident, an encounter broke out at the Ban toll plaza in Nagrota, Jammu and Kashmir. The encounter went on for several hours while the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway was closed by the security forces. Apart from 4 militants killed in the Nagrota, Jammu, a soldier received injuries on his neck. Luckily, his condition is stable now. The security forces laid a Naka near the Ban toll plaza, Nagrota. A group of terrorists opened fire on the security forces during the checking of vehicles. Afterward, the terrorists ran towards the forest area as the encounter started at around 5 am. The group of terrorists was on a truck as it was on its way to Kashmir valley. Meanwhile, a huge cache of arms and explosives has also been recovered from the truck. The IGP Jammu said in a tweet, “Four terrorists have been neutralized and one police constable has been injured in an encounter at Ban Toll Plaza, Jammu with police, CRPF and Army.
