More than 400 cartons of liquor seized in New Delhi
Delhi police seized 413 cartons of illegal liquor on Thursday. Police arrested two bootleggers in this connection. Based on the intelligence reports, police intensified patrolling in the area. It also deployed secret informants. An extra vigil was kept on the movement of bootleggers.

On Thursday, police received information, based on which it conducted a raid at an abandoned railway accommodation in Lajpat Nagar. When police reached the spot, it saw four persons carrying sacks on their back were going towards Madrasi Camp.

On seeing the police, they started running. The police team chased and apprehended two while remaining two managed to flee.
