48-year-old NRI businessman dies after falling from Delhi’s hotel’s terrace

48-year-old NRI businessman dies after falling from Delhi’s hotel’s terrace A 48-year-old NRI businessman died after falling from the Delhi hotel’s terrace. He accidentally fell from the terrace of Taj Mansingh hotel in Delhi on Friday night. The deceased, identified as Narrender A Mangalam, was a resident of Maryland in the US. Also Read: 50 lakh kg of crackers burnt in Delhi this year: Report According to Delhi police, he was drunk and went to terrace garden to relieve himself. During which he lost balance and fell down. The terrace garden did not have a boundary wall. The police also found liquor bottles from his room. According to the media reports, he checked into the hotel on November 7, around 2:30 am and was scheduled to check out on November 8. The hotel staff found his body around 11:45 pm on November 7. His entire family was in the US and was scheduled to arrive in Delhi on Saturday morning. His mother who lived in Bangalore has already arrived in Delhi. The hotel authorities extended condolences to Narrender A Mangalam’s family. The police has sent the body for autopsy. -PTC NEWS
