5 people killed in a car-truck collision in Jhajjar
Five people, including two women, were killed in a car-truck collision in Jhajjar on Wednesday morning. The accident took place near Raiya village on the Jhajjar-Kosli road.

The Santro car collided with a truck. The impact of the collision was such that the truck dragged the car up to 20 feet. All occupants in the car belonged to Kasni village. They died on the spot.

The accident took place when the car occupants were returning to Kansi from Delhi after attending a wedding. The police rushed to the spot and started extracting the bodies from the car.

The police sent the bodies to the civil hospital for a postmortem examination. It has registered a case against the truck driver who is absconding.
