550th Parkash Purab: The International Nagar Kirtan on Thursday departed from Kolkata too where it is scheduled to roam in Kolkata only, and the rest too in the same city. The Palki Sahib on Thursday will cover Kolkata and later on, Friday will depart to the Kharagpur in West Bengal. The International Nagar Kirtan is here from Pakistan, Sri Nankana Sahib, which is the birthplace of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The Palki Sahib entered India via Wagah Border in Amritsar, after the bhog was commenced at Sri Nankana Sahib in Pakistan, on August 01, 2019.
