AAP Manifesto: Aam Aadmi Party-led by Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday released its party manifesto for the upcoming Delhi Assembly election 2020 with focus on Jan Lokpal Bill, full statehood to Delhi, home delivery of ration and pilgrimage to senior citizens. The manifesto also focuses on promoting English speaking for youth, patriotic courses, development of world’s largest metro network and Yamuna river side development.

Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia was quoted by news agency ANI as saying: “The Delhi Jan Lokpal Bill which was passed in Delhi Vidhan Sabha in 2015 has been pending with the Central Government for the last 4 years. The AAP Government will continue its struggle to get the Bill passed.”
“If a sanitation worker dies during duty then his/her family will be given a financial assistance of Rs 1 crore,” he added.
Adding, Manish Sisodia said that “After the success of happiness curriculum and entrepreneurship curriculum introduced in schools by Delhi government, patriotic curriculum will also be introduced.
Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal stated that “People of Delhi want the BJP to declare its Chief Ministerial candidate and I am ready to debate with the selected person.”
