In a major incident, an 11-year-old girl was kidnapped and raped by 19-year-old auto-rickshaw driver in Nayagaon, police said on Thursday. The victim was abandoned by her aunt. Reportedly, the victim is a native of Saharsa district in Bihar, who approached the police at the Sector 45 station. The accused dropped her off at a nearby market on Wednesday. The accused has been identified as Ram Dutt Thakur, who also hails from Bihar and was a resident of Sector 45. Meanwhile, the police has filed a daily diary report (DDR). Meanwhile, she managed to reach the railway station where she met Thakur. Then, the accused took her to the house of a friend’s sister in Nayagaon where he raped her and held her captive from Sunday to Tuesday. The girl stated that the she was provided with the clothes and food through those three days. The accused left her at the Sector 45 market on Wednesday.
