Terror attack: Afghan NDS along with security forces arrest 14 ISIS terrorists In a swift operation which is being seen as a 'tit for tat' against ISIS in Afghanistan after terror attack on Sikh community, Afghan NDS along with security forces have arrested 14 ISIS terrorists last evening from Jalalabad city. ISIS terrorists are being interrogated to get more details on the conspiracy that targeted Sikh community leaders last Sunday. A suicide bombing in the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad has killed at least 19 people, most of them members of the country's Sikh minority. The Indian embassy in Kabul condemned the "cowardly terrorist" attack. It confirmed that Awtar Singh Khalsa, the only Sikh candidate running in the 20 October elections, was among the dead. -PTC News
