Ahead of Court verdict against Gurmeet Ram Rahim , Section 144 imposed in Panchkula
Ahead of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court verdict against Dera Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim in Journalist Ram Chander Chhatrapati Murder case , Haryana Police has imposed Section 144 in Panchkula. The CBI court will announce the verdict in the murder case on Friday.
The police has taken all necessary steps to ensure that no untoward incident take place. As many as 1350 security personnel have been deployed outside CBI court in Panchkula whereas various nakas have been laid in the city.
The police has also set up concertina wires in the area around CBI court. Meanwhile, the police is also keeping a close watch on Dera Sacha Sauda’s naam charcha ghar in Panchkula.
Earlier, the court had directed the Haryana police to produce Dera Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insan in court for the verdict in a Ram Chander Chattarpati murder case via video conferencing on Friday.
The Haryana Police had requested the special CBI court to produce Gurmeet Ram Rahim via video conferencing. The police had requested the CBI Court, citing the violence which was erupted in Panchkula after the conviction of Dera Chief in Sadhvi rape case.
