Ahmednagar fire tragedy: Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope on Saturday announced an ex gratia of Rs 5 lakh each for kin of those who were killed in the Ahmednagar Civil Hospital fire.

Ahmednagar District Collector Rajendra Bhosale said a total of 11 persons died in the fire at Ahmednagar Civil Hospital. There were 17 patients admitted in Covid-19 ICU centre when the fire broke out around 10.30 am in the building due to a short circuit.
