Akhand Path at Darbar Sahib to mark centenary celebrations of SAD
Sukhbir Singh Badal on Farm Laws 2020: To mark its 100th Foundation Day, the Shiromani Akali Dal organized Sri Akhand Path Sahib at Sri Guru Darbar Sahib complex on Saturday. The bhog ceremony will take place on December 14.
Meanwhile, the Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal and former Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal visited and offered prayers at Sri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) on Saturday.
Sri Akhand Path Sahib at Sri Guru Darbar Sahib complex has been organised to mark its 100th Foundation Day of Shiromani Akali Dal.
After paying obeisance at Golden Temple, Sukhbir Singh Badal said that "Unfortunate that Centre's trying to stifle the voices, instead of listening to them. Farmers don't want Farm Laws 2020."

"Why is Centre showing tyranny when the section — for whom laws have been made— don't want it? I request PM to listen to farmers," the SAD President said.

"Centre is trying to defame agitation by calling it that of Khalistanis and political parties. Unfortunate that if one disagrees with the government it calls they call them anti-nationals," he stated.
Furthermore, Badal said that "Ministers giving such statements must apologise publicly. We condemn the Centre's attitude and such statements."
