Amarinder has failed to control drugs in Punjab, alleges Sukhbir Badal Former deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal on Monday alleged that Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh had failed to control drugs in Punjab. Addressing the Poll Khol rally at Lehra in this district, Sukhbir alleged that the youth was not getting jobs, saying all government claims to have provided jobs to the youth remained only on paper. He alleged that the Congress had stopped social welfare schemes also. The party in its core committee meeting had decided to boycott the Justice Ranjit Singh and Mehtab Singh commissions as both were close to Capt Amarinder Singh, said SAD president. Sukhbir demanded a probe into the cases of sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib by a sitting Supreme Court judge. Speaking at the rally, SAD leader Bikram Singh Majithia alleged that the Congress had started imposing goonda tax on industry. -PTC News
