Lungs Test at Home: Amid the second wave of coronavirus, several people are dying in India due to infection in the lungs. COVID-19 badly hits the lung after which the patients feel difficulty in breathing.
As per the doctors, the new mutant of coronavirus is quite dangerous. In such a situation, if your body does not have immunity, then the virus reaches the lungs directly from the throat.

The infection starts appearing in the lungs after 5 to 6 days in COVID patients. Therefore, it is very important for all of you to know how healthy and strong your lungs are.

Zydus Hospital has shared a testing video. An animated video shows the easy way to test the lungs.
Sharing the video, it wrote: "Here is a quick and easy way to test the capacity of your lungs. Hold your breath and watch the red ball spin while you count the number of spins. The more spins you can hold your breath, the better is the health of your lungs."
The video has given numbers from 0 to 10. In which the number 2 is called the normal lungs, number 5 is Strong Lungs and number 10 is Super Lungs.
