Amid rise in COVID-19 cases, PM Modi to review Covid situation with CMs
PM Narendra Modi COVID-19 Review Meeting on vaccine delivery in India: Amid a rise in COVID-19 cases, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to hold a meeting with the Chief Ministers of States over the coronavirus situation on Tuesday, via video conferencing.
According to the sources, PM Narendra Modi is likely to discuss the rollout of the vaccine program in the states during the COVID-19 review meeting with CMs.
Reportedly, he will hold virtual meetings with the Chief Ministers of Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, West Bengal, and Kerala.

After the meeting, the Prime Minister will discuss the vaccine delivery roll out in India with all the states and Union Territories.
The Centre is preparing for the vaccine delivery system in India as the coronavirus cases surpassed nine million. With 44,059 new Covid-19 cases, India's tally reached 91,39,866 on Monday.

According to the data issued by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, 511 new deaths were reported in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 1,33,738.
Active cases stand at 4,43,486 while a total of 85,62,641 COVID patients have been recovered after 41,024 patients were discharged in the last 24 hours.
It is also the 16th day when India reported less than 50,000 cases in a day. It was November 7, when India had crossed the 50,000-mark with new cases.
