Piyush Goyal announced to enhance the defence budget beyond Rs 3 lakh crore. Piyush Goyal during his speech said that , “One Rank One Pension' scheme was also implemented by the  BJP government and more than Rs 35,000 crore have been also disbursed for the soldiers under the scheme.
