Appointment of PAU V-C: Punjab Raj Bhavan asks CM to clarify which is the authentic letter
Chandigarh, October 20: A letter in Punjabi is circulating in the media, allegedly written by the Chief Minister of Punjab to the Governor of Punjab regarding the appointment of the Vice Chancellor of PAU, Ludhiana. This letter has not yet been received by the Punjab Raj Bhavan.
The letter received in Punjab Raj Bhavan, on the other hand, is in English, and the contents of both letters are materially different.
Following this, the Punjab Raj Bhavan has sought clarification from the Chief Minister of Punjab as to whether the two letters are genuine and why the letter written in Punjabi was circulated to the media before being sent to the Punjab Raj Bhavan.
