"I thank everyone for their good wishes": Arvind Kejriwal after testing negative for COVID-19

Day after being tested for coronavirus, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday thanked everyone for their good wishes and blessings. He said that "My COVID-19 test result has come negative." While addressing the press conference that "For everyone's safety, promoting social distancing and usage of masks has to be a people's movement, just like the odd-even scheme." While speaking on Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal over-ruling Delhi cabinet's decision of reserving hospitals for residents, he said that "Lieutenant Governor's directives will be implemented in letter and spirit, this is not the time for disagreements or arguments." "This is not the time to fight with each other and do politics. Of 31,309 cases, 18,543 are active cases while 11,861 have been cured and discharged. Meanwhile, a total of 905 patients succumbed to the pandemic. Meanwhile, Delhi Health Min Satyendra Jain stated that "If one person gets infected, it takes around 2 weeks for him and her to cure and during this period they infect nearly 2-10 other people. Considering the present situation, it's expected that in the next 12-15 days, there will be around 30,000 more cases." It is expected that we would need 15000 beds by the end of June. We will even use space available in banquet halls, hotels, and stadiums if required.
