BCCI may stage IPL 2020 in empty stadiums; Here's what Sourav Ganguly has to say

BCCI President Sourav Ganguly on Thursday stated that the Board of Control for Cricket in India is working on all the possible options to ensure that it will be able to stage Indian Premier League (IPL) this year, even if it means playing in empty stadiums. He added that the fans, franchisees, players, broadcasters, sponsors and all the stakeholders are looking forward to the possibility of IPL being hosted this year. Further, he said that "Recently a lot of players, both from India and other countries, participating in IPL have also shown their keenness on being a part of this year IPL. We are optimistic and the BCCI will shortly decide on the future course of action on this." ganguly
