Bihar Elections 2020: An onion was thrown at Bihar Chief Minister and Janata Dal (United) chief Nitish Kumar while he was addressing Madhubani rally for the third phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2020 on Tuesday.
The incident took place when the JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar was talking about employment while addressing Madhubani rally ahead of Bihar Assembly elections 2020.

According to the information, the onion was thrown at Nitish Kumar from the crowd, however, it didn't hit him.
Kumar is known to be a calm and composed person.

Meanwhile, he stopped his speech and said that whosoever wants to throw anything at him is welcome to do so.
As the onion was thrown at Nitish Kumar, the security personnel present on the stage immediately swung into action and covered him.
Likewise, he launched an attack on Tejashwi Yadav and said that one who is promising 10 lakh jobs to the youth of Bihar should remember what his party did when it ruled Bihar for 15 long years.
The Janata Dal (United) chief further said that only 95,000 jobs were granted by the then RJD regime. His government provided around 6 lakh jobs, he added.
Furthermore, he assured the electorate that if his party comes back to power, his government would make sure that everyone gets a job and nobody has to migrate.
