Bikaner: Minors stripped naked for refusing to work on field A group of minors were “stripped naked in Bikaner's Kolayat after they refused to work in the fields. The minors were also manhandled. The incident took place in Motavta village of Bikaner's Kolayat. The perpetrators also “video-graphed” the whole incident. The police are investigating the case. -PTC News
