Tamil Nadu BJP chief nominates PM Modi for Nobel Peace Prize Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Tamil Nadu president Dr. Tamilisai Soundarajan nominated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Nobel Peace Prize 2019. Prime Minister Modi has been nominated for Nobel peace prize as he launched the world's largest healthcare scheme Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana - 'Ayushman Bharat'. Tamilisai Soundarajan also appealed the public to join her in nominating PM MODI. Dr Tamilisai Soundarajan’s Husband Professor Dr P Soundarajan, Head of Nephrology department has also nominated the Prime Minister for the honour. Soundarajan said that healthcare scheme Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana - 'Ayushman Bharat is a path-breaking initiative launched by Prime Minister Modi.
