BJP leaders Subhash Barla's son charged in a molestation case

Another molestation case has been filed, and this time the case has been registered against the son of Haryana BJP President.
In the crime of molestation and drunken driving, the police have registered a case against Haryana BJP President Subhash Barla's son Vikas Barla and his friend. The criminals have been arrested.
The case has been registered in Sector 26 police station and the accused and the SDM has been arrested. The case will be presented before the court today. The matter has been registered under section 354D and Motor Vehicle Act 185.
Both of these clauses are bailable, but if the crimes are repeated it will turn to a non-bailable offence.
Under section 164, police will record the statement of the victim, and if necessary other provisions will also be attached. The police has also taken possession of the car used during the molestation.
The identity of the victim has been concealed, however sources tell she was the daughter of an IAS officer
