BKU Ekta (Ugrahan) today strongly condemned the Modi government's crackdown on farmers in Delhi and the shooting death of a young UP farmer. They said Modi government should refrain from repression and the narrow plans of the communal elements will not be allowed to succeed. He said that today's protest march has been successfully carried out in a disciplined manner as planned by his organization. He said that protest march on the streets of Delhi was a basic democratic right of the people and Modi government was looking for some excuse to crush this right. Today people have raised this right. He also strongly condemned the plans of communal elements to derail the movement and use it for their own narrow ends. He said that it was a struggle for the demands of the farmers which was being supported by the people of all religions and castes of the society.
