Budgam Encounter Update: At least three terrorists were neutralised by security forces in the encounter that broke out late Thursday evening in Jammu and Kashmir's Zolwa Kralpora Chadoora area of Budgam, said IGP Kashmir, Vijay Kumar on Friday. IGP Kashmir said that all the three terrorists eliminated in the Budgam encounter were affiliated with terror outfit JeM. So far, one has been identified as Waseem of Srinagar City. Three AK 56 rifles have been recovered.
