Captain Amarinder Singh greets people on New Year 2020, promises progressive, peaceful and secure Punjab
Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Tuesday greeted the people on the eve of the New Year with the promise to give them a peaceful, harmonious, secure and progressive Punjab.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister called upon the people to welcome the year 2020 with the commitment to work collectively and zealously to preserve the ethos of secularism, sovereignty, communal harmony and national integration. He also urged the people to take a pledge to make Punjab the country’s front runner state through inclusive growth, so that the fruits of development percolate to the grass roots level.
